My trip to enlightenment on Penis Envy mushrooms

"Nothing matters and everything matters." "I'm just a figment of what is possible in this vast universe." "Who I thought I was isn't real." "What in the fuck was that all about?"  Just a couple of thoughts out of the thousands that came flooding in after my first experience with a psychedelic. I was overwhelmed completely. I didn't know whether I was having a panic attack for the first time in my life or if I felt completely at peace. The trip became an infinite onslaught of thoughts as I struggled to wrap my mind around the experience that had just occurred. Truth be told, I never in a million years could have pictured myself willingly ingesting "magic" mushrooms, let alone be prepared for the trip I was going to go on that life-changing evening. Ways Your Ego Is Negatively Impacting Your Life

  Take it from me when I say that we like to believe we've got ourselves figured out. I mean, we ultimately spend all of the time in the world with ourselves so no one should know us better than we know ourselves, right? The pros, the cons, and everything in between. The characteristics and behaviors we display along with what makes us happy and what doesn't. We like to believe we've got things all under control and that we are in full awareness.  But what happens when we act out of character? What do we do when our feelings are hurt and our responses and reactions come from a place of selfishness? Is it something we've just got to accept? HBO Max's Harry Potter "Return to Hogwarts" Review - The 20th Anniversary Special

  I had been waiting on this Harry Potter special for weeks. Rewind to Thanksgiving weekend when I was sitting in our comfy living room with my girlfriend as we watched the "sneak peek" for the upcoming special with excitement. With a release date of January 1st 2022, I couldn't help but think about watching our old friends together on screen again after much time being apart. As many other Potter heads out there, the magical books and movies in this series have been a staple in my upbringing and hold a dear place in my heart. Like most of the world, re-reading the books and re-watching the movies regularly are simply a necessary part of my adult life. Saying that I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter world would be an understatement. There was no way I was going to miss this. No way. Fast forward to January 1st and as I'm sitting in the same comfy living room waiting on my pork and sauerkraut dish, I was reminded on our tv's home menu that the special was available

Spider-Man: No Way Home Review - The MCU Astonishes Once Again

  If someone would have recapped the ins and outs of No Way Home to me without watching the movie for myself, I would have been very skeptical. Well, maybe not considering Kevin Feige was involved in the highly-anticipated project. Add Jon Watts to the mix (director of the two previous films: Homecoming and Far From Home ) and the output is the end to a trilogy that is able to hang with films from the Infiniti Saga . Put plain and simple, No Way Home accomplishes the impossible. Before you read on, I need to point out that this review does contain spoilers as I find it impossible to give the film its credit without speaking on key details from its biggest plot moments. You've been warned . For those of you who have not watched the movie yet, what are you waiting for? Go IMAX that thing and come on back when you've caught your breath.
